These are strange times we are entering in our nation and our world. As citizens of earth and of heaven, we have a special part to play. Our Archbishops have written, “Our life is going to be less characterised by attendance at church on Sunday, and more characterised by the prayer and service we offer each day."
Through this page we will share news, messages and links to helps us all through this difficult time. In addition we are going to publish a regular Information sheet We will also post on our church Facebook pages:

Funerals & Weddings
Some GMC churches will now consider booking and hosting socially distanced funerals, baptisms and weddings, involving a maximum of 30 people. Covid 19 restrictions may well limit options for the timing of such services, particularly because a 72 hour 'quarantine' period needs to be observed between one service and the next, within the same church.
It remains with each individual church's leaders/council to decide on when, and whether or not, to allow such in-church pastoral services, once the required C of E risk assessment procedure has been completed. Therefore, as some of our churches are ready to offer such services, please make enquiries, via Sue Lake, the GMC Parish Administrator
